Need Help Choosing the Right Size?
Finding the perfect fit for a large dog can sometimes be tricky.
If you're unsure before placing your order, please get in touch. Helen has spent eight years as a professional dog groomer and is always happy to help you choose the right size before you order.
30-Day Returns
If you've changed your mind, you can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in its original condition

Free from hair, dirt and odours

Returned with its original packaging and canvas pouch where possible
Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.
Please note that original delivery charges are non-refundable unless your item is faulty or we've made a mistake with your order.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns.
Free Size Exchanges
Buying for a large dog online can sometimes be difficult, which is why we're happy to offer free UK size exchanges.
If your collar doesn't fit quite as expected, simply contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll help arrange your exchange.
Our aim is simple—we'd much rather help you find the perfect fit than have you worry about ordering online.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in the quality of every Loud Hound product.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or we've accidentally sent the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We'll put things right as quickly as possible by arranging either a replacement or a full refund.
